GRAPHIC DESIGNER( EXPERIENCE 1 TO 5 YEARS)
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive communication design.
  • Must be proficient in 2D and 3D designing, animation and info graphics.
  • Be in sync with current design trends around the globe. Should have the ability to translate ideas into tangible design concepts.
  • Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
  • Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches.
  • Working as part of a team with copywriters, web developers and marketing specialists
  • Graduate with proficiency in Photoshop, Design tools, Corel draw, Web Graphic Design, Web Savvy, Planning, Web User Interface Design, Web Programming Skills, Teamwork, Illustration Tools, Multimedia Content Development, and Understanding Browser Capabilities


CONTENT WRITER (EXPERIENCE - 1-5 YRS)
  • A graduate with good command over English language.
  • A flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet.
  • An ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
  • An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly.
  • Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
  • Candidate with experience into copy writing will be an added advantage.
  • Responsibilities
  • Writing web content for websites / portals / Blogs from scratch.
  • Editing and proof reading content once written.
  • Writing, editing and proof reading copy for client projects based on the material supplied by them.
  • Check web pages finally before making them live.


DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (EXPERIENCE – 1-4 YRS)
  • Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns;
  • Providing accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);
  • Researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
  • Designing website banners and assisting with web visuals;
  • Communicating with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners;
  • Conducting key word research and web statistics reporting;
  • Contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
  • Using web analytics to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Contributing to company and industry blogs and managing e-communications;
  • Assisting with paid media including liaising with digital advertising agencies;
  • Developing and integrating content marketing strategies;
  • Keeping up to date with current digital trends;
  • Managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities;

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE(Experience – 2 to 5 years)
  • Understanding different services and solutions and selling it to new prospects as well as to the existing client network.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Gathering and understanding requirements from client and formatting them in proper documents
  • Coordination with stakeholders, clients, development team for new projects, client relationship management
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

  • MBA with experience in the field of IT Business Development
  • Excellent Communication & presentation Skills (Oral + Written) should able to interact with client

INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities

  • Understanding different services and solutions and selling it to new prospects as well as to the existing client network.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
  • Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations
  • Excellent Communication skills

Requirements:

  • Graduate with excellent English Communication skills having minimum 0.6 to 5 years’ experience into IT telesales for Domestic/UK/ or US process
    Fulltime/ Work from Home/ Freelancing options are available


ANDRORID: 2-3 years of experience with Android mobile application development
Responsibilities

  • Experience with Android APIs server calls, frameworks and Android Studio, XCode is a plus.
  • Knowledge of OOP a must (Java, C++).
  • Knowledge of Databases (Preferred: Oracle, MySQL).
  • Experience with Google map/GPS technology,Payment gateway.
  • Prior experience developing high performance personal and commercial applications with Push notification, location based services, social features as well as interfacing with existing system with JSON or XML.
  • Good optimization and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently on projects.
  • Minimum 2 app should be on play store.
